French tuition, German tuition, Spanish tuition
We work closely with our tutees to ensure that our tutorials are tailored to their requirements, as well as the requirements of the business, market and industry in which they work.
Our bespoke tutorials provide presentation and practice of the target language as it would be used at our tutees' place of work, including grammar and vocabulary, as well as simulations of meetings, telephone conversations, negotiations and presentations. We aim to help our tutees build their confidence in the target language both professionally and socially.
Our tutorials have two objectives:
To develop our tutees' ability to use the target language socially and within the context of the business, market and industry in which they work;
To enhance our tutees' understanding of generic business terminology in the target language.
Our business tutorials follow a negotiated curriculum, providing for all ages and abilities - beginners, intermediate and advanced.
We tutor in the comfort of your home, your office, online (via Skype, Zoom, Teams or FaceTime), or at the home of one of our specialist tutors, at a time that is most convenient for you.
We currently tutor in person within a 10 mile radius of Bournemouth town centre, including Christchurch, Parkstone, Poole, Southbourne, Westbourne, Boscombe, Moordown, Winton, Charminster, Ferndown, Wimborne, and Branksome.
'I travel to Germany regularly on business and thought I should make an effort and learn some German. My tutor is very flexible and fits me in around my working hours. I get by in German quite well now - my vocabulary relating to cars and manufacturing is actually quite good. I think the effort I've made has gone down well with some key clients.’ (Kevin Rice)
'I spend more time dealing with Spanish speakers than I do with English speakers and so I decided to have tuition in business Spanish. We cover lots of areas of business activity, but focus mostly on construction and development. It’s definitely helped me develop relationships.' (Celia Thomson)
